Job summary

Hiley Automotive Group is seeking an Accounts Payable/Payroll Support Specialist to join our Fort Worth team. You will post invoices, reconcile statements, disburse checks, and balance data while ensuring accurate payment processing in our dealership systems.

We value strong communication and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. A background in accounting and automotive dealership AP is preferred, with opportunities for growth within our dealership network.

Qualifications

• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve.
• Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team.
• Accounting degree preferred, not required.
• Preferred AP experience in automotive dealership.

Responsibilities

• Post invoices.
• Reconcile statements.
• Disburse checks.
• Balance statements and finalize data.
• Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system.
• Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks.
