Job summary

Hiley Automotive Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an AP specialist to manage invoices, reconcile statements, disburse checks, and prepare payments with accuracy. You will balance and finalize data, verify records in the system, and actively follow up on past due accounts and returned checks.

The ideal candidate has experience with a dealership management system and payroll platforms, strong communication, and can work both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve.
• Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team.
• Accounting degree (preferred, not required).
• Preferred AP experience in automotive dealership.

Responsibilities

• Post invoices.
• Reconcile statements.
• Disburse checks.
• Balance statements and finalize data.
• Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system.
• Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks.
