Senior Associate Recruiter – Vaco Accounting and Finance

Base pay range: $23.00/hr – $30.00/hr

Responsibilities

• The AP Specialist will process a high volume of invoices per week
• Processing ACH and wire transfers
• Full cycle AP
• The AP Specialist will be responsible for handling purchase orders
• Assisting with month‑end close process
• Resolving discrepancies
• Reconciling vendor accounts
