Job summary

JBAndrews is seeking an Accounts Manager / Financial Controller in Miami to own the accounting function across multiple companies. You will lead the accounts team, oversee AP/AR, and ensure timely, accurate financial records while working closely with owners and the CFO on financial matters.

The ideal candidate will manage a growing portfolio, optimize processes, and drive long-term improvements in reporting and controls. A hands-on leader prepared to scale with the business is preferred.

Qualifications

With more than 30 years of experience, the organization supplies high-quality natural ingredients to restaurants, supermarkets, distributors, and customers across domestic and international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accounting activities across the group’s operating and rental companies.
