About the role
Sytner BMW Worcester has a fantastic opportunity available for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
As a Sytner Accounts Assistant, you will support the day-to-day functions of the accounts department, including managing sales and purchase ledgers, daily cash postings, and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team with other ad-hoc duties as required.
Sytner Accounts Assistants work flexible hours between Mondays and Fridays, which may sometimes include weekends to ensure high levels of customer service.
About You
Previous experience and a good working knowledge of accounting routines, such as stock checks and month-end reconciliations, are essential. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is advantageous but not essential.
Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, well-organised, diligent, and capable of working to strict deadlines. Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team are important qualities.
