The role partners across functions to ensure robust processes, controls, and reporting during organizational change and transformation. The position bridges technical accounting and accounting operations, operationalizing complex requirements within the general ledger and close process, while

Qualifications

• 7+ years accounting experience including operational and technical accounting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, Hyperion) and complex accounting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between U.S. Controllership and stakeholders to support accounting initiatives and integration activities.
• Translate technical accounting conclusions into practical processes, controls, and reporting requirements.
• Create and maintain procedures, documentation, and metrics for consistency and control.
• Lead process improvement to enhance efficiency and scalability of Controllership.
• Lead integration activities: close readiness, account mapping, data flows.
• Support integration and system implementation: process design, testing, data validation, post-implementation stabilization.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using AI-enabled tools and automation.
