Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years accounting/finance experience; biotech/CDMO preferred.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, revenue recognition, and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Oversee financial statements, variance analyses, and reporting to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
• Manage revenue recognition for CDMO contracts.
• Oversee cost accounting for GMP/non-GMP operations.
• Budgeting and forecasting; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Drive ERP system enhancements (QAD or equivalent).
