Oliver James Group is seeking an Accounting & Transaction Advisory Manager in Tysons, VA for a hybrid role. You will lead advisory engagements, liaise with clients, and manage complex deals and due diligence. A strong background in Public Accounting with GAAP/IFRS knowledge is essential, along with CPA consideration.

The firm prioritizes development and advancement for its people. The role demands interaction with C-Suite stakeholders and the ability to adapt to evolving tech like AI and RPA.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters preferred.
• CPA preferred – in process acceptable.
• 4+ years in Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD in Public Accounting (Big 4/Top 10 preferred).
• Experience with large public filers (Audit/Assurance) & High Value Transactions (Deals/FDD).
• Strong communication with C-Suite executives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee Accounting & Transaction Advisory engagements at Manager level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value deals and due diligence.
• Leverage GAAP, IFRS, FASB & SEC/ASC standards on engagements.
• Drive adoption of AI/RPA tools to improve processes.
