Oliver James Group is seeking a seasoned accounting and transaction advisory professional for a high-growth practice. The role emphasizes expanding knowledge in Audit, Assurance, Advisory, or Deals/FDD for large public filers, with strong client interaction at C-Suite levels.

Candidates should have CPA (or in progress), 4+ years in a Public Accounting environment, and a proven ability to navigate GAAP, IFRS, FASB and SEC/ASC standards while adapting to AI and RPA-enabled workflows.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters preferred.
• CPA certification preferred - will accept those in process.
• 4+ years in Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD in Public Accounting (Big 4/Top 10 preferred).
• Experience with large, Public filers (Audit/Assurance) & High Value Transactions (Deals/FDD).
• High degree of professionalism, capable of communicating with C-Suite level individuals.
• Self starter, able to thrive as an Individual Contributor or in a team-based environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB & SEC/ASC rules and standards.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing technological environments (AI, RPA).

Our client is a large, established Advisory firm that have placed significant capital behind their Accounting & Transaction Advisory sector expansion this year.

If you've got a Public Accounting background, but want to expand that knowledge & experience with a firm devoted to developing & progressing their people, this ones for you.

Whether you're an External Auditor, with strong Financial Statement experience, or a current Deals/FDD/TAS professional who is a Databook whiz, this firm should be on your radar.

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:
