Job summary

Oliver James Group is seeking candidates for an Advisory role in Tysons, VA with a strong Public Accounting background. The ideal candidate will have extensive Audit, Assurance or Deals/FDD experience and the ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite executives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters degree preferred.
• CPA certification preferred - will accept those in process.
• 4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD in Public Accounting (Big 4/Top 10 preferred).
• Experience with large, Public filers (Audit/Assurance) & High Value Transactions (Deals/FDD).
• High degree of professionalism with C-Suite level communication.
• Self-starter who can work independently or in a team.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB & SEC/ASC rules.
• Ability to adapt to changing tech environments (AI, RPA).
