• Experience with large public filers (Audit/Assurance) & high-value Transactions (Deals/FDD).
• Strong communication with C-Suite level individuals.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB & SEC/ASC rules and standards.
• Adaptable to changing technological environments (AI, RPA).
