Job summary

Oliver James Group is seeking a Manager for Accounting & Transaction Advisory in Houston, TX. The role targets individuals with a Public Accounting background, ready to expand across external audit, deals, and FDD work within a growing advisory practice.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Audit/Assurance/Advisory or Deals/FDD, strong communication with C-Suite, and a solid grasp of GAAP/IFRS and SEC rules. This is a hybrid, permanent position with a path toward leadership.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters preferred.
• CPA certification preferred – will accept those in process.
• 4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD in a Public Accounting firm (Big 4/Top 10 preferred).
