Job summary

Guesty is a leading SaaS platform for hospitality, enabling property managers to automate, optimize, and scale operations globally. We are seeking an Accounting Technical Program Manager to be the SME for Guesty’s Accounting module, guiding enterprise and strategic customers through complex workflows, owner statements, and end-of-month processes.

You will drive product adoption, partner with CSMs, and advocate for scalable accounting solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of technical experience in SaaS or tech-enabled environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with trust accounting, property management accounting, or financial SaaS platforms.
• Experience handling enterprise/strategic accounts during high-pressure financial cycles (month-end close).

Responsibilities

• Provide end-of-month financial guidance to enterprise and strategic accounts, ensure reconciliations, payouts, and statement generation.
• Drive proactive product adoption by analyzing accounting setups and optimizing workflows.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers on strategic accounts to align accounting excellence with client retention goals.
• Lead complex accounting consultations and translate client needs into Guesty Accounting Module configurations.
