Job summary

Guesty is a fast-growing hospitality tech platform seeking an Accounting Technical Program Manager to own the Accounting Module for enterprise and strategic customers. This role supports high-stakes month-end processes, guides customers through complex workflows, and partners with CS teams to optimize financial outcomes.

You will act as the definitive accounting SME for the TPM team, drive proactive adoption, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of technical experience within the SaaS software industry or in a technology-driven environment.
• Deep hands-on experience with trust accounting, property management accounting, or financial SaaS platforms.
• Demonstrated experience handling enterprise/strategic accounts during high-pressure financial cycles (e.g., month-end close).
• API literacy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Partnership & Product Adoption: Drive partnerships and promote product adoption across enterprise accounts.
• Month-End Financial Support: Provide guidance during end-of-month closing cycles, ensuring reconciliations and payouts.
• Proactive Product Adoption: Analyze accounting setups to improve workflows and retention.
• CSM Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on strategic accounts to align technical and accounting goals.
• Advanced Accounting Consultations: Lead complex consultations translating accounting requirements into optimized configurations.
• Voice of the Customer: Advocate for customer feedback to influence product roadmap with Product and Engineering.
• Accounting Escalations SME: Serve as primary escalation point for accounting and reconciliation issues.
• Team Enablement & Training: Lead internal training on new features and accounting best practices.
