Job summary

Qualifications

• Documented knowledge of general accounting practices.
• Documented working knowledge using Microsoft Excel.
• Documented knowledge of E-Procurement, NCFS or other accounting system.

Responsibilities

• Auditing, analyzing, processing, and managing the disbursement of funds for travel expenses and advances.
• Receiving the daily cash report and deposit slip and verifying reports for accuracy.
• Creating deposit recap and journal vouchers to post funds to the correct account.
• Processing educational reimbursements, extradition reimbursements, manual checks, and moving expenses.
• Performing additional duties as needed.
