Job summary

Area Temps, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Support Associate in Bedford Heights, Ohio to support daily accounting operations. The role involves processing customer invoices, applying cash receipts, and resolving discrepancies within ERP systems.

You will join a detail-oriented, collaborative team and handle confidential information with integrity. This temporary position offers 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. hours, with pay around $26 per hour or $60k–$70k annually based on experience.

Join Our Team as an Accounting Support Associate!

Location: Bedford Heights, Ohio

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Pay: $26/hr temp; $60k to $70k/yr, based on experience

We're looking for an Accounting Support Associate to support day-to-day accounting operations.

What You'll Do:

• Process customer invoices
• Apply cash receipts
• Research and resolve customer and vendor discrepancies
• Code and process vendor invoices, follow-up, and make collection efforts
• Provide backup support for credit related activities
• Work within ERP Systems
• Perform general administrative and clerical support as needed

Job Qualifications:

• Must have previous accounts payable and receivable experience
• Must be able to accurately apply cash receipts
• Experience with Invex experience is preferred
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills while paying a high attention to detail
• Be part of a supportive and collaborative team
• Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
