Job summary

Confidential, a boutique real estate firm, seeks a Finance Accounting Manager to own the accounting operation, lead a small team, and partner with the CFO on budgeting and strategic financial decisions. This onsite role in West LA offers long-term growth in a scaling company.

You will own close processes, dashboards, and internal controls while improving systems and processes to drive business insights. CPA or progress toward CPA is preferred, with experience in real estate or financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• CPA, or actively pursuing one.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Run AP, AR, and GL with ownership over accuracy and controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team and build a strong accounting culture.
• Execute month-end close and provide clear reporting to leadership.
