Job summary

Go Local Interactive is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to manage the general ledger, billing, collections, and consolidated reporting. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reporting packages, and driving process improvements across the Finance Department.

In this senior position you will optimize processes as the team grows, ensure accuracy, and maintain strong relationships with clients and product teams.

Qualifications

• Must think strategically and analytically to solve problems.

• Hold others accountable to best practices and legal compliance.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of NetSuite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial reporting packages.
• Prepare Ad Hoc financial requests and reports.
• Manage client billing, collections, and payables.
• Maintain general ledger and perform account reconciliations.
• Analyze contracts for financial impact and communicate findings.
• Support internal relationships with product teams and clients.
• Conduct ongoing financial analysis and drive process improvements.
• Suggest efficiency opportunities and implement improvements.
