Job summary

Quickbase is seeking a motivated Senior General Ledger Accountant to join our Finance team. This remote role supports monthly closes, general ledger integrity, intercompany activity, and system-enabled improvements. You will work across Navan, NetSuite, Salesforce, and P2P processes, partnering with FP&A and Tax as needed.

The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation, 4+ years of hands-on GL experience, and a systems mindset to automate and optimize close-related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Four or more years of progressive accounting experience and month-end close responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee general ledger areas such as cash, fixed assets, payroll, and intercompany accounting.
• Participate in procure-to-pay process oversight and internal controls.
• Assist with system implementations, testing, and process design.
• Prepare payroll-related entries and accruals.
• Collaborate with FP&A and other partners to ensure proper periodization.
