Job summary

LCI Brand is seeking an Accounting Supervisor in North Carolina to lead and train all aspects of AP/AR, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reporting. The role involves establishing procedures and supporting month-end close, with oversight of a small team.

You will monitor KPIs, handle daily cash postings, and coordinate with vendors and stores to resolve issues, while maintaining strong internal controls and communication with management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of accounting experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Dynamics, Cybersource, and Paytrace is a plus.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on a team or independently.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP and AR, ensuring duties are carried out timely and accurately.
• Monitor and report departmental KPIs.
• Support month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handle daily cash postings using Wells Fargo Integrated Receivables.
• Communicate with vendors, stores, and distribution centers to resolve issues.
• Supervise weekly check runs and approve payment journals.
• Manage the MRO process for approvals/backup/receipts.
• Assist with large vendor invoice processing.
• Maintain offsite storage record-keeping and coordination.
• Approve time and vacation requests per policy.
