Eads Cooling Solutions is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead the accounting team, ensure accurate financial reporting, and streamline month-end close with AI-assisted workflows.

The role emphasizes GAAP compliance, internal controls, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A senior-level candidate with manufacturing costing experience is preferred, ready to optimize processes and drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting with knowledge of GAAP.
• CPA or progress towards CPA is preferred.
• Significant cost analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Continuous improvement through automation.
• Direct experience with AI-driven platforms.
• Minimum of 5 years in accounting with at least 3 in supervision.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and a large integrated ERP system (Syteline).
• Strong attention to detail, independence, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor accounting staff to achieve objectives.
• Lead general accounting functions and automate workflows with AI to improve accuracy.
• Bridge GAAP with modern tech and translate data into insights.
• Contribute to strategic goals, resolve issues, implement improvements.
• Monitor monthly expenditures, identify variances, and take corrective actions.
• Maintain cash flow and monitor bank balances and cash needs.
• Approve weekly cash disbursements and ledger entries.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls across the ERP.
• Provide gross margin and costing analysis through data research.
• Summarize financials by reviewing balance sheets and P&L statements.
• Substantiate financial transactions by reviewing documents.
• Develop policies and procedures to maintain controls.
• Reconcile discrepancies by analyzing account information.
• Answer accounting policy questions and research procedures.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze trends.
• All other duties requested.
