Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting.
• CPA or progress towards CPA is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises accounting department to achieve objectives and mentors staff.
• Lead general accounting functions and leverage AI-driven tools to automate workflows.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor expenditures, variances, and cash flow; approve disbursements.
