The Centers for Habilitation (TCH) is seeking an Accounting Supervisor in Tempe, AZ to oversee daily financial operations and lead the accounting staff. The role requires GAAP knowledge, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements.

Applicants should have three years of related experience, including one year of payroll processing and one year in a supervisory capacity. This position is Full-time with a strong benefits package and opportunities to contribute to a mission

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of related experience is required.
• One (1) year of full-cycle payroll processing experience is required.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with GAAP, general ledger maintenance, and preparing financial statements is required.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE AN ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR AT TCH ?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded Accounting Supervisor to oversee our daily financial operations, manage our accounting staff, and ensure the highest standards of financial accuracy and regulatory compliance. Three (3) years of related experience, one (1) year of full-cycle payroll processing experience, and one (1) year of supervisory experience required. We are looking for experience with GAAP, general ledger maintenance, and preparing financial statements. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with emphasis in Accounting, Finance and/or Business.
