The Centers for Habilitation (TCH) is seeking a Food Service Supervisor for the substitute contract at the Phoenix National Guard facility. The role covers overseeing cafeteria operations, supervising staff, food prep, facility cleanliness, cash handling and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cafeteria operations and supervise personnel.
• Direct food preparation, facility cleanliness, cash handling and equipment maintenance.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks to gain access to the Phoenix National Guard facility.
• Ensure compliance with facility access requirements (Real ID) and safety standards.

BEING A FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR

We're looking for a Food Service Supervisor to oversees the operations of the cafeteria to include direct supervision of personnel, food preparation, facility cleanliness, cash handling, and equipment maintenance. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checks to gain access to the Phoenix National Guard facility, which includes having a Real ID that is federally compliant . We are looking for individuals with 4 years of related work experience, in a large-volume cafeteria like setting, and one year of supervisory experience; and a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. This position requires Driving - Must be at least 21 years of age, have a current AZ Driver's License and a 39-month clean driving record.
