Job summary

The Centers for Habilitation in Tempe, AZ is seeking a part-time Food Service Supervisor to oversee the cafeteria operations, supervise staff, manage food preparation, facility cleanliness, cash handling, and equipment maintenance.

Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checks, have 4 years of related work experience in a large-volume cafeteria, and at least 1 year in supervision; a High School Diploma or GED is required. Driving is required with a valid AZ license.

Qualifications

• 4 years of related work experience in a large-volume cafeteria setting.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Must hold a valid AZ driver’s license and maintain a 39-month clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cafeteria operations, supervise staff, food preparation, facility cleanliness, cash handling, and equipment maintenance.
• Drive to assigned locations as required.

BEING A FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR

We’re looking for a Food Service Supervisor to oversees the operations of the cafeteria to include direct supervision of personnel, food preparation, facility cleanliness, cash handling, and equipment maintenance. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checks to gain access to the Phoenix National Guard facility, which includes having a Real ID that is federally compliant . We are looking for individuals with 4 years of related work experience, in a large-volume cafeteria like setting, and one year of supervisory experience; and a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. This position requires Driving - Must be at least 21 years of age, have a current AZ Driver’s License and a 39-month clean driving record.
