The Centers for Habilitation (TCH) in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily financial operations, supervise staff, and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role requires GAAP knowledge, GL maintenance, and payroll processing experience.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE AN ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR AT TCH ?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded Accounting Supervisor to oversee our daily financial operations, manage our accounting staff, and ensure the highest standards of financial accuracy and regulatory compliance. Three (3) years of related experience, one (1) year of full-cycle payroll processing experience, and one (1) year of supervisory experience required. We are looking for experience with GAAP, general ledger maintenance, and preparing financial statements. A Bachelor's degree is required, with emphasis in Accounting, Finance and/or Business.
