TCH is seeking an Accounting Supervisor in Tempe/Phoenix, AZ. This role oversees daily financial operations, leads the accounting staff, and ensures regulatory compliance with GAAP standards.

Candidates should have 3+ years of related experience, including 1 year of full-cycle payroll and 1 year in a supervisory role, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of related experience, one (1) year of full-cycle payroll processing experience, and one (1) year of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with GAAP, general ledger maintenance, and preparing financial statements.
• Bachelor’s degree required, with emphasis in Accounting, Finance and/or Business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage accounting staff and provide guidance to the team.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reporting.

Three (3) years of related experience, one (1) year of full-cycle payroll processing experience, and one (1) year of supervisory experience required. We are looking for experience with GAAP, general ledger maintenance, and preparing financial statements. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with emphasis in Accounting, Finance and/or Business.
