The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 7–10 years of manufacturing accounting experience, including inventory, AP/AR, journal entries, and financial reporting, with proven supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Prior supervisory or managerial accounting experience.
• Manufacturing accounting experience required.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting and reconciliation processes.
• Experience overseeing AP and AR functions.
• Hands-on with journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory accounting activities and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
• Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Review and prepare journal entries and supporting documentation.
