This role will support our Specialty 3PL & Metro Medical GPOs on the Pharmaceutical side of the business.
What Accounting contributes to Cardinal Health
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans, and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems, and safeguards the organization's assets.
Accounting establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, completes technical research, safeguards the organization's assets, and ensures the accuracy of accounting and financial records in accordance with standards.
The Specialty Accounting Supervisor will manage end-to-end accounting processes and ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end close and reconciliation procedures for the Specialty 3PL and Metro Medical GPO businesses within the Pharmaceutical Segment of Cardinal Health.
