St. Cloud Financial Credit Union is seeking an Accounting Representative to support financial management and operations by maintaining accounting records and reports, and ensuring adherence to GAAP and credit union accounting practices.

You will perform general accounting duties, process daily settlements and vendor transactions, reconcile ledgers, and assist in preparing internal and external financial reports including the quarterly Call Report.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related accounting experience.
• Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Experience with accounting software and MS Office (Word/Excel).

Responsabilités

• General accounting duties including revenue, expenses, accruals, and fixed assets.
• Process daily settlements and cash clearings, including ACH and card transactions.
• Record accounts payable, vendor invoices, and employee reimbursements.
• Reconcile and balance general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare accounting and financial reports, including regulatory call reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
