Responsibilities

• Daily Exception Processing - Review Share Draft and ACH exception reports, research discrepancies, and process returns accurately and on time.
• Reconciliations - Reconcile official checks, accounts payable, and assigned general ledger accounts, researching variances and escalating unresolved items.
• Accounts Payable - Manage vendor onboarding, W-9 collection, and annual 1099 filing compliance.
• General Ledger Support - Post general ledger entries, corporate bank transactions, and monthly mortgage and tax postings.
• Reporting & Compliance - Prepare quarterly Call Report documents and monthly Negative Share and Courtesy Pay reports.
• Member & Front-Line Support - Process member service forms and support front-line staff with member questions.
• Confidentiality & Controls - Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data and follow internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing
