Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma and 3+ years of related experience.
• Preferred: Associates Degree.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile Billing for Dining and Bookstore.
• Prepare Sales Tax Documents for Bookstore and Dining.
• Process/maintain Bookstore inventory adjustments, price changes, etc.
• Provide accounting reports and support: reconciliations, vault count/maintenance, SOP documentation.
• Backup support for Cash Handling & Daily Financial Reconciliation for Bookstore and Dining: count cash drawers, reconcile daily sales, and bank deposits.
• Backup Support for Accounts Payable/Receivable & Vendor Management: process invoices, vendor inquiries, and year-end accruals.
• Audit & Compliance Support: assist during audits.
• Assist less experienced team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
