Job summary

Axxys Technologies is seeking an Accounting Specialist to own day-to-day financial operations, including billing, forecasting, and business financial decisions. You will manage AP/AR, GL, payroll, and billing across MSP/MSSP models, with direct access to leadership for budgeting and forecasting.

This hands-on role offers a runway to grow into controller or finance leadership as the company scales, with a hybrid work setup and mentorship from leadership.

Qualifications

• Own day-to-day accounting record keeping and internal accounting controls.
• Manage Accounts Payable and timely payment of transactions.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and client billing.
• Maintain the General Ledger and monthly reconciliations.
• Process semimonthly payroll and related reporting.
• Support inventory control processes.
• Prepare, submit, and pay monthly sales tax returns.
• Process employee expense reimbursements.

Responsibilities
