Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher with accounting/administrative experience.
• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Process and post payments to customer accounts for AR.
• Review invoices and credit adjustments; assist with collections.
• Prepare month-end ageing and aging reports.
• Assist AP with invoices, checks, vendor records and reconciliations.
• Provide backup coverage for AP functions and cross-training.
