Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices for customers.
• Track and adjust inventory transactions.
• Prepare journal entries and spreadsheets.
• Backup cattle purchases group.
• Track and input accounts payable invoices for purchase orders (GRIR).
• Prepare wire and special payment forms for vendor payment.
• Follow up on questions from vendors.
• Other tasks will include assisting with A/P, Journal entries, Reconciliations, and various other accounting tasks
