Job summary

Floowi is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations in a 100% remote role. You will process invoices, track payments, reconcile accounts, and analyze campaign data to verify amounts owed and revenue reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience in AR/AP, billing, or related finance roles.
• Experience handling both AR and AP, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliations.
• Experience managing financial transactions involving international clients and/or vendors.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets for financial tracking and reporting.
• Ability to compare expected and actual payment amounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Experience with marketing-tracking platforms such as Voluum, Everflow, CAKE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve campaign performance, revenue, and payment reports to support AR calculations.
• Compare expected client revenue and payments against deposits; investigate discrepancies and track balances.
• Track invoices and overdue payments; follow up on outstanding balances and support timely collections.
• Review and process vendor invoices and payment requests; verify amounts and documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and payment records; monitor payment schedules for AP.
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports using campaign data and spreadsheets for reconciliations.
• Learn and navigate Voluum, Everflow, CAKE to support financial tracking and reporting.

It manages campaign execution, optimizes performance, and provides partners with transparent reporting and monthly revenue payouts.

Short Description

We're looking for an Accounting Specialist to support both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations, with responsibilities split approximately evenly between the two functions. This role combines invoice processing, payment tracking, reconciliations, collections support, and recurring financial reporting. A key focus is analyzing campaign performance data to verify amounts owed by clients and ensuring that reported revenue aligns with actual payments received. The ideal candidate brings experience handling financial transactions with international clients or vendors, strong spreadsheet skills, and the ability to investigate discrepancies accurately.
