Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in accounting, handling AR/Billing functions.
• Double-entry principles, debits and credits.
• Understanding of GAAP accounting principles and practices.
• Intermediate Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable/Billing (billing portals).
• Debits/credits (double entry).
• Accurately record and update financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices, managing payments to vendors, and collecting payments from clients.
• Process incoming payments by check, credit card, and EFT.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Adhere to accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Accounting Specialistwith handle:
