Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; high school diploma required
• 3+ years of accounting experience, including reconciliations, invoice processing, journal entries, or general ledger support
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs; Oracle, Discoverer, or similar ERP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Process monthly landlord payments and ensure lease obligations are paid accurately and on time.
• Review and reconcile CAM charges, research discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions.
• Communicate with landlords and internal departments regarding payments, lease terms, balances.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end adjustments.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, maintain lease documentation, and assist with special projects.

• Process monthly landlord payments and ensure lease obligations are paid accurately and on time as the Accounting Specialist
• Review and reconcile Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges, research discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions as the Accounting Specialist.
• Communicate with landlords and internal departments regarding payments, lease terms, account balances, and related inquiries as the Accounting Specialist.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end adjustments to support accurate financial reporting.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities, maintain lease documentation, and assist with special projects as the Accounting Specialist.
