Job summary

CFS in Orlando, FL is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join a high-volume accounting team supporting lease administration, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; high school diploma required
3+ years of accounting experience, including reconciliations, invoice processing, journal entries, or general ledger support
Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs; Oracle, Discoverer, or similar ERP experience preferred

Responsibilities

Process monthly landlord payments and ensure lease obligations are paid accurately and on time.
Review and reconcile CAM charges, research discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions.
Communicate with landlords and internal departments regarding payments, lease terms, balances.
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end adjustments.
Identify cost-saving opportunities, maintain lease documentation, and assist with special projects.
