ArqAi is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our Naples, FL office. You will work within a fast-paced luxury smart-home company, handling daily accounting tasks and learning how to grow into greater responsibilities.

Qualifications

• AP/AR experience required.
• Strong reconciliation and accounting skills.
• Proficient in Excel and CRM software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability.
• Willing to learn and grow within accounting team.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily invoice approvals, submissions, audits, tracking, reconciliations, and payment applications.
• Assist with AP and AR activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Controller and Accounting team.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Support insurance, compliance, and recordkeeping.
• Increase responsibility over time as skills grow.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.
• Take on rising accounting responsibilities as experience develops.

We’re seeking a highly motivated Accounting Specialist to join our team at our Naples, FL Executive Suites location. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more than just an accounting position. Incredible Compensation:

• $28 - $32 per hour (Commensurate Upon Experience)

Responsibilities

• Daily invoice approvals, submissions, audits, tracking, reconciliations, and payment applications.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Perform account and transaction reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate daily with our Controller and Accounting team to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with month-end accounting activities and financial reporting.
• Support company insurance, compliance, and financial recordkeeping requirements as needed.
• Assume increasing responsibility for day-to-day accounting functions currently handled by the Controller.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Take on increasing accounting and financial responsibilities as knowledge and experience develop.

Qualifications

• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) experience.
• Strong accounting and reconciliation skills.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.com (CRM) preferred.
• Accurate financial reporting and recordkeeping skills.
• High degree of productivity with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team structure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
• Desire and ability to grow into positions of greater responsibility within ArqAi's Accounting organization.
• Accounting or finance degree or relevant accounting experience preferred.
