Job summary

Advancing Eco Agriculture is seeking a focused accounting professional to join our team. The role centers on accounts receivable flow, connecting customer orders and invoices with sales teams to keep billing and records accurate.

You will support the accounting team, reconcile transactions, and maintain customer records while coordinating with operations, sales, and order entry. A bachelor's in accounting or related field and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, bookkeeping, business administration, or related field.
• Experience with sales order entry and accounting workflows in an ERP system.
• Experience reconciling transactions and resolving billing issues with customers and sales teams.
• Ability to coordinate with accounting, sales, order entry, and operations teams.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software such as Sage and ScanForce.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders/invoices and coordinate order entry in the ERP system.
• Support accounting team and reconcile transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial and customer records.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing issues.

We are looking for a focused, detailed, accounting professional to join our dynamic team and growing organization.

This position focuses on the flow of accounts receivable by connecting customer orders/invoices with sales teams needs. In this role, you will help keep critical sales and accounting processes running smoothly, supporting the flow of orders, invoices, payments, and records that enable the business to serve customers effectively. You will maintain the accuracy and organization needed across day-to-day financial and administrative operations.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders/invoices accurately and coordinate order entry in the ERP system.
• Support accounting team as needed.
• Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate financial and customer records.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve order or billing issues.
• Assist with administrative accounting tasks while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in mail drops to post office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, bookkeeping, business administration, or a related field, or relevant equivalent experience.
• Experience with sales order entry and accounting workflows in an ERP system.
• Experience reconciling transactions, resolving billing discrepancies, and handling billing issues directly with customers and sales team.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with accounting, sales, order entry, and operations teams.
• Proficiency with Excel, accounting software, and systems such as Sage and ScanForce.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
