Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Accounts payable or construction accounting exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and payment-related activities.

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks.
• Review and analyze financial reports related to accounts payable activity.
• Assist with regulatory reporting, insurance documentation, and other compliance-related requirements.
• Research discrepancies and help resolve invoice, purchase order, and vendor-related issues.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with additional accounting projects and responsibilities as the company continues to grow.

• Support day-to-day accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and payment-related activities

The position is onsite five days per week. Compensation is up to $60k DOE.
