Job summary

ITAC Solutions seeks an Accounting Generalist / AR-AP Specialist in Georgia to support AR and AP across multiple entities and ERP systems. You will issue invoices, apply payments, monitor aging, and handle collections while assisting with vendor invoicing and month-end close.

The role offers cross-training, exposure to several ERPs, and a clear path to AR or AP specialization within a growing manufacturing/distribution setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years AR, AP, or general accounting experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Manufacturing or distribution background preferred.
• Multi-entity accounting experience.
• High-volume accounting experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and issuing customer invoices, applying payments, and monitoring aging.
• Handling collections follow-up and resolving billing disputes.
• Entering vendor invoices, performing invoice matching, and running weekly payment cycles.
• Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor master data.
• Supporting month-end close with reconciliations and journal entries.
• Assisting with cross-entity financial reporting.

Compensation
