Job summary

We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to join a growing accounting team in the Chino area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone looking to build their accounting career while gaining hands‑on experience across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice entry, coding, and payment support
• Assist with accounts receivable, billing, cash applications, and account follow-up
• Maintain accurate vendor and customer records
• Research and resolve AP and AR discrepancies
• Assist with account reconciliations and general accounting activities
• Utilize Excel to maintain and analyze accounting information
• Support accounting activities across multiple business units
• Assist with month‑end activities as needed
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding accounting inquiries
