Community Services for Every1 in Buffalo, NY seeks a full-time accounting assistant to perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.
Responsibilities include posting monthly rent invoices, cash applications, accounts receivable for housing entities, and assisting with financial reports for funding sources. Proficiency in Word and Excel, and an associate or bachelor degree in accounting are required. Drug screen and county background check apply.
Performs specific functions that are unique to the Business Office. Performs general accounting functions such as bank reconciliations, cash entries, journal entries, and general ledger account reconciliations.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
