Job summary

Casey's is hiring an Accounting Specialist to perform invoice processing and related accounting duties. You will handle data entry into payables systems, perform three-way matching, and assist with reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices through data entry into payables systems.
• Assist with account and statement reconciliations for vendors.
• Perform three-way match verifying bill of lading, PO and invoices.
• Perform accounts receivable functions including invoice billing.
• Collect outstanding balances from vendors as they age.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices through data entry into payables systems, including verification of appropriate account segments and delegation of authority.
• Assist with account and statement reconciliations for vendors as needed.
• Performs three-way match verifying bill of lading, purchase order and invoices all match.
• Performs accounts receivable functions, including invoice billing and recognition of income as needed.
• Performs collection of outstanding balances from vendors as they age.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation :

Starting hiring range: $19.25 - $25.25. Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity.
