Job summary

Premier Global Links LLC in the United States seeks an Accounting Software Implementation Specialist with hands-on bookkeeping to onboard and support small to mid-sized accounting firms. This customer-facing role focuses on helping new clients understand features and realize value during their first 90–100 days.

You will lead onboarding, software implementation, and training sessions; conduct virtual demos; configure workflows; and be the primary contact during implementation.

Qualifications

About the Opportunity

Premier Global Links LLC is recruiting on behalf of a confidential, growing SaaS technology company that provides AI-powered accounting and financial workflow solutions.

We are seeking an Accounting Software Implementation Specialist with hands‑on bookkeeping or accounting experience to onboard and support small to mid‑size accounting and bookkeeping firms. This customer‑facing role focuses on helping new clients successfully implement the software, understand its features, and achieve value during their first 90–100 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding, software implementation, and training sessions.
• Guide accounting and bookkeeping firms through their first 90–100 days as customers.
• Conduct virtual onboarding calls, product demonstrations, and follow‑up training.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer questions during implementation.
• Help customers configure workflows and adopt accounting software effectively.
• Monitor onboarding progress and support customer retention.
• Document customer feedback and feature requests for internal product teams.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of full‑time professional experience.
• 2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Practical understanding of accounting workflows and financial processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer implementations independently.
• Comfortable conducting virtual training and customer onboarding sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Success, SaaS Implementation, or Client Onboarding.
• Experience working with bookkeeping or accounting firms.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
• Experience using CRM and customer communication platforms such as Salesforce, Intercom, or Slack.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $70,000–$90,000 annually.
• On‑target earnings (OTE): $80,000–$100,000.
• Competitive equity package.

Work Schedule and Location

• Fully remote within the United States.
• Must be available to work Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time business hours.
• Full‑time schedule: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
