Qualifications

• Experience with invoices and daily sales reporting.
• Ability to respond to restaurant emails and maintain staff files.
• Comfort with handling cash deposits and HRIS entries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate needs.
• Greet guests warmly and handle inquiries with tact.
• Operate OpenTable and MS Office systems; process daily tasks and reports.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and employment policies; perform other duties as needed.
