Job summary

• 1+ year experience in accounting or business office tasks.
• Strong Excel and general ledger knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Post entries to the general ledger accurately and completely.
• Process accounts payable transactions and prepare batch payments.
• Post and reconcile accounts receivable transactions as needed.
• Support weekly payroll processing and month-end closings.
• Maintain accounting records and backup documentation.
