Job summary

Fidelity TalentSource is seeking an Accounting Operations Representative in Smithfield, RI to support Abandoned Property reissue, re-credit requests, and related accounting tasks. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of accounting experience, plus strong customer service and communication skills.

You will work with the FI Operational Accounting Processing Support Group, handling reconciliations in BOLA, disbursement inquiries, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related concentration or relevant experience.
• 1 year job experience is required involving general accounting functions, processing or reconciliation.
• Customer service experience in some capacity is required.
• You work well independently as well as in a team environment.
• You have effective communication and influence skills, personally and electronically.

Responsibilities

• Process Abandoned Property reissue and re-credit requests.
• Review and approve Street Side and Bank Reconciliation adjustments in BOLA.
• Research inquiries on disbursement checks and provide copies as needed.
• Void check processing; stop payment processing and other duties as assigned.
